Introduction
This workflow leverages cutting-edge AI tools like LoRA, IPAdapter, and ComfyUI to seamlessly transfer artistic styles onto game character concept art. By combining text-to-image models, reference-based style adaptation, and guided refinement techniques, this workflow makes it easy to transform rough sketches or plain character designs into polished, styled concept art ready for production.
Workflow Overview
How to use this workflow?
Step 1: Input a Text Prompt (Text to Image)
Write a descriptive text in the CLIPTextEncodeFlux
node.
Tips: Trigger words like HIRO and Black and white illustrations are mandatory for the LoRA model to function properly and cannot be removed. These words act as activators for the specific artistic style provided by the LoRA.
Step 2: Load Character Design
Use the Load Image node to upload your base character design or concept sketch. This could be a rough line drawing, grayscale sketch, or even a fully rendered image.
Step 3: Style Transfer with IPAdapter
Use the Load Image
node to upload the reference image that contains the desired artistic style.
Step 4: HD Restoration
Use the HD restoration node to enhance image quality.
Step 5: Preview and Save
Once the image is complete, use the Save Image node to export the finalized concept art. You can adjust resolution, file format, and other settings as necessary.
