Introduction
This workflow is designed to provide an efficient way to upscale images in bulk. By selecting the appropriate upscaling model and settings, users can easily enlarge multiple images according to their specified ratio. This process not only enhances the resolution of the images but also preserves details, making them suitable for various applications such as printing, web display, or restoring old photographs.
Workflow
Prepare Images:
Upload the images or folders containing images that need to be upscale to the input directory in MimicPC Storage.
Set Upscaling Parameters:
Configure the scale_by value based on the selected upscaling model and your requirements. For example, if using the "4x_NMKD-Siax_200k.pth" model and you want a 4x upscale result, set the scale_by value to 1.
Load Image Batch:
In the âload image batchâ node, copy the file path of the uploaded images and paste it into the directory field.
Execute Upscaling:
Start the upscaling process. The system will automatically process the images and output the enlarged versions.
View Results:
After completion, check the designated output directory to view the upscale images, ensuring the results meet your expectations for further use.
Details
- Ensure the image formats are supported for upscaling, commonly supported formats include JPEG and PNG.
- Minimize the file sizes when uploading images to improve processing speed while ensuring the final output quality meets your needs.
- Regarding different upscaling values:
- Confirm that the selected upscaling model is appropriate for the types of images you are processing.
With this simple workflow and detailed guidance, users can efficiently perform batch image upscaling, enhancing both the efficiency and effectiveness of image processing.
